The car battery was dead when we picked up the vehicle. However, Jefferson was quick to assist and help get the car started in a timely manner. We understand these things happen and it didn’t impact the enjoyment of our trip. Thanks again!
Sorry for that I dropped the car too early and forgot to turn off the light but like u said mistake happen.Thanks again

Unfortunately not what I booked. The pick up was not at the airport. I had to pay a Lyft to pick up the car. $50. The car had tints and a foul odor upon pick up. The host expected me to drop off the car 18 min from airport.
