Ronnel was an outstanding host! He was friendly, responsive, and made the entire rental process incredibly easy from start to finish. The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove great throughout my trip. The pickup and return location was convenient, and the instructions were clear, making everything seamless. I really appreciated Ronnel's excellent communication and professionalism. I would definitely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free Turo experience.

Ronnel was a fantastic host, responsive and kind in communication. I ended up being delayed in my arrival to pick up the car, and Ronnel went above and beyond in being flexible and understanding, and my pickup couldn't have been smoother once I arrived.
The car drove well and was generally in very good condition, although it wasn't spotlessly clean (some dirt/discoloration on and around the seats) and I had some issues with CarPlay/USB-c connectivity. Overall, though, the positives well outweighed these minor negatives!
