⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding guest! The vehicle was returned just as clean as it was received, which is something hosts truly appreciate. They treated the car with care, respect, and responsibility throughout the trip. Guests like this make Turo a great platform and set the standard for others. I would gladly rent to them again anytime and highly recommend them to any host. Thank you for an excellent experience!

The car was very clean , easy pick up

I submitted a complaint to Turo that the rear window was not working and the wiper blades were not wiping properly. Turo promised that the host would have contacted us to rectify the issues and the host did not make contact. This issue was raised upon receiving the vehicle and the host did not address our concerns for the entire rental of 21 days. I am very disappointed with the customer service as I had babies in my vehicle and the window could not go up with temperates below 40 degrees F. I would not like anyone to have to go through the discomfort I experienced, especially with three little babies.

Some maintenance issues
Thank you for your feedback—we really appreciate it. We’ll definitely have our mechanic take a closer look to make sure everything checks out. When we picked the vehicle up, we didn’t notice any maintenance issues or a check engine light, but we’ll still investigate it further. Thanks again for being such a great guest—we’d be happy to host you anytime.
