Host provided good communication/customer service as he was responsive to our messages. The car was reliable and got us where we needed to go! A couple minor issues that weren't deal breakers - the car was a little messy on the interior under/behind seats, and the advertisement listed Apple CarPlay availability but was not an option on this car. I would rent from JB again in future!

Went very smoothly, car got me from A to B & C
