the car was good. no complaints about the car.
but all the chargers in new york city are occupied, this is not the hosts' problem, it is a problem of the city. there arent enough fast public chargers in the city. so i dont recommend you to rent an EV if you are going to use public chargers.
Now Servet, we have trip photos to show the condition of the vehicle. Your issue in a nut shell was expecting a showroom/off the lot vehicle, and not taking into consideration this is a rental vehicle that has been rented a couple times. I even offered you a free car wash on my dime which you refused. Nonetheless I apologize for your experience.
