Car passenger seat in front had broken recline control, so it was stuck in an uncomfortable position and couldn’t be adjusted. Also communication around checkout could have been given earlier. But I appreciated flexibility around the the pickup spot and the car otherwise worked great for us.

This was my worst experience with Touro. I sent my license on Monday for a Thursday reservation, and never received a response.
I informed the owner I was on my way but had not received info on how to gain entry to the car. I got no response. I arrived at the site on time and there was no car. I called the owner and someone arrived five minutes later. She then asked for my license which I told her I provided on the app days ago.
Got into the car and there was no registration or insurance papers. I again called the owner who told me he will only provide the registration if it is needed. I told him it is the law that the registration should be in the car. He said he understood but still would not provide it. I decided to cancel the reservation and fortunately was given a full refund.
This deserves zero stars!
