Very cool that we were able to drive straight up to the terminal to return!

My experience with Liang was great, such an easy pickup and drop off. Liang was so accommodating when I had a change to the pickup airport as well as a delay in the return due to traffic. The car was comfortable and clean, I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting NY!

Car was great, pick up & drop off easy peasy. I try to always use Liang.

The cars condition is not like the listed photos. The drivers seat is worn out and falling apart. Stains on interior ceiling. The rear is pealing paint. Rust on the front panels, the lights are fogged. The suspension creaked when driving.
At the very least if i rent and older car i want it to be clean and well maintained. This was neither

This is an older vehicle, and its age-related cosmetic wear is shown in the listing photos. However, describing the seat as “falling apart” and the car as “neither clean nor well maintained” significantly exaggerates its condition. The vehicle was cleaned, inspected, and maintained before the trip. It has been consistently well-rented at an affordable price and has never received a negative review before this trip. We strive to provide safe, reliable, and accurately represented vehicles.
Great car and pick up was smooth! Thanks so much!
