Shane is a GREAT HOST. Luxury at a GREAT price. He met me with the vehicle. At a more convenient location for me, fast easy process not even 5 mins.. BEAUTIFUL truck very clean looks just like the pictures. MAJOR PLUS for me NO SMOKE SMELLS, drives really smooth!! Shane will be my go to car rental!!!

The quality of the car was amazing, the pickup location was very safe and well organized and the host was amazing aswell

Pick up location was convenient and the host was polite in the beginning. When I picked up car it was half full of gas and was dirty on outside not the inside, he explained to me someone had just finished a trip I had no problem with taking it to the car wash it looked like bird poop. I went to delta sonic which is a good touch less car wash after the cleaned inside and outside of the car what we assumed was bird poop wasn’t the detailer stated it probably was rust . I kept the car because I reserved a luxury car for a nice weekend mean while my whole weekend I was watching that spot 😒. When I returned the car the hose was rude to me about my complaint even after I explained i had the car washed twice wasted my money cleaning a vehicle that should’ve been cleaned to begin with .
No you stated it was rust and that the vehicle wasn’t a luxurious vehicle due to the “ rust”. I washed the car myself and it was INDEED NOT RUST. You said it was rust because YOU wanted a discount lol I wasn’t being rude I was returning the energy you were giving me. If that was rude then maybe check how you were being to me.

He provided a service I needed at the last minute. I was able to make my appt. Great service, great car. Will repeat if needed.
