The car was great. It was clean and good to drive.
Rudy, the host, made pick-up an return right at the airport very easy. His short video with instructions and showing the location in the airport lot made everything run smoothly.

Although our car had an issue and became undriveable, Rudy was very responsive and quickly drove over an hour to replace the car with another from his fleet. He was friendly and pleasant to work with.
