Easiest rental process ever. Rudy was easy to get ahold of and personable. Vehicle was clean and reliable. Exceeded my expectations!!

The car was a little bit difficult to find, because we weren’t sure which shuttle bus to take and how exactly to get to the specific shuttle lot. Before we picked up the car we were told that the check engine light was on as well. Then while driving on the highway there was this awful vibrating sound coming from the front of the dashboard and it was VERY irritating. Then we were having issues with a tire losing air and when I sent a message about it we didn’t get a response for over 24 hours and the light to get an oil change also went off during our trip.
