Host decided to create his own timetable of when I will receive the car. I requested and PAID for 10am pick up but on his own terms decided to drop it off over an hour late making me late to business meetings. Not only did he not bring the car on time. He allowed me drive away without key and I did not notice until I had to stop 30 minutes later. Then had to sit in a parking lot and wait for him to bring the keys so I can get to where I need to be and be allowed to lock and restart the car I paid to have access to.
Thank you for your feedback. Your flight landed at 10:40 AM, so I timed delivery to help avoid extra parking fees. I did arrive about 30 minutes late and briefly forgot the key—I returned within 15 minutes to resolve it. Lane assist is standard for this BMW and works as designed when changing lanes without signaling. While I acknowledge the delay, a 1-star rating does not reflect the vehicle or overall experience. With 80+ successful trips, this is an isolated case.
