This Rav4 was awesome. The car wasn’t ready when we landed. I hadn’t received a code for pick up like the directions said, but when I messaged Zion, he responded immediately. Apparently the car had not been cleaned. He cleaned it and dropped it off directly to us at baggage claim for the inconvenience. We had to wait about 30 minutes.
The car is amazing on gas! It is also super comfortable for all the driving you will do in Alaska. The heated seats were an excellent feature, since we were traveling from Hawaii. We got a lot of use out of them. We did not pick up the car but drop off was super easy.
Zion was a great host. We would definitely rent from him again and would recommend this car to anyone.

About the cleaning: I hired a professional detailer who unfortunately didn’t finish the job. That’s on me for not double-checking. As soon as you messaged, I cleaned it myself and brought it straight to baggage claim for the inconvenience. That way you wouldn’t have to wait any longer than necessary.
Appreciate your patience—I’m tightening my process so this doesn’t happen again. Happy to host you anytime!
