Kate is a very intelligent host being one of only 2 hosts in the area to offer snow tires on a large SUV. It really helps that she communicated so well also.
Thank you for noticing! After living here for over 20 years, I have learned the importance of dedicated snow tires and we put them on all of our vehicles during snowy months. Many people don't realize that 4-wheel drive helps to move on snow, but it does nothing to help you stop the vehicle on snow and ice. They don't make you invincible but they sure do help a lot!

Thanks for being a return guest! We'll definitely leave the vehicle at the private aircraft terminal next time if we know that is your arrival location ahead of time. For commercial airline arriving guests we've also been working with the Turo airport representative to get them to allow Turo hosts to use the short term parking lot again. Thanks for the feedback and hope to see you again.
