Scott was incredibly helpful and accommodating and made sure to keep in contact with us throughout the trip to make sure we were all set! We could not recommend him or his vehicles more! The car came clean and fresh.

The car was very clean and ran beautifully. The odor inside the car however was nauseating. I’m not sure if it was simply a dirty cabin air filter or something else, but it smelled like a cross between moth balls and dampness. Very fowl and it permeated clothing of everyone in the car and was not helpful to allergies. I also did not appreciate being tracked the entire time by an air tag which is unacceptable and creepy. I never did find the tag although I tracked it to somewhere in the spare tire area of the car. I have several pictures of notifications in the course of my trip saying I was being tracked. It’s one thing to have a vehicle with gps installed but totally unacceptable to be tracked by a device that was not part of what I agreed to. Very unethical and if there was a question or fear of my taking off with the car, perhaps it should not be a Turo rental. I am a very good driver and am an older woman, alone and reliable.
This is the first time I heard any about anything from Karen (after she returned the car). I even asked her to let me know if there was any feedback (positive or negative) and she did not. The car does not smell, this is an untrue statement. It is meticulously detailed every time it is returned and, in fact, there's a brand new cabin air filter and a filter/sanitizer in the back of the car.
