Quality clean car. Easy to pick up.
Guest communicated frequently and raised multiple operational concerns during and after the trip that we were unable to independently verify upon inspection after return. Vehicle was returned successfully and communication remained on-platform, but the overall experience required a higher-than-normal level of host support and follow-up. Future hosts may want to maintain detailed documentation and clear communication throughout the trip.
