Luggage rack
We have 3 available storage options for the Outback. We have a roof rack measuring roughly 2x5'. There is also a hitch installed for either a luggage rack roughly 2x5" or a fat tire bike rack.

The car was clean and easy to find. Excellent communication from the host. It did have a weird smell but overall it was fine and I would rent again

Overall, the experience was decent and the host was kind and easy to work with. Pickup and drop-off at the airport were smooth, he met me directly, which made everything really convenient. The car itself drove well, had great gas mileage, and I didn’t have any mechanical issues during my trip.
The only downside was the cleanliness. The interior needed a deeper clean, there were food crumbs under the seats, dust buildup, and some sticky residue on areas like the steering wheel and center console. There were also multiple air fresheners clipped onto the vents that were very strong. While I understand wanting the car to smell nice, it was a bit overwhelming (I ended up removing them during the trip).
That said, the host was very receptive to feedback and seemed genuinely open to improving the experience. Based on his otherwise great reviews, this felt like it may have been a one-off situation.
I’d still recommend, but I do think cleanliness should be addressed, especially since renters shouldn’t have to spend time cleaning the car at the start of their trip.
