Wonderful trip car road great didn’t notice some physical damage as far as scratches other than that car road smooth gray was very patient and understanding will be running from him again

The car drove wonderful it was the perfect size for my family and the host made everything smooth and easy for me I will be renting again

Everything was great except the vehicle's brakes were bad. It wasn't until I got into bumper to bumper traffic on the highway when I realized the vehicle was not going to stop in a timely manner. I immediately sent a message to the owner of the vehicle in which he did not respond. Left my message on read. My next option was to contact roadside assistance to get the brakes changed on my time, which I could not do. Absolutely unacceptable! I guess I was expecting the owner to communicate something considering the unsafe conditions. Maybe he didn't know the brakes were bad, okay, a sincere apology would have been greatly appreciated. Terrible experience! I was nervous the whole trip.
Amber, I'm surprised by this negative feedback. I took the Mazda in for service after your review; the mechanic stated the brakes are in excellent condition. Perhaps you are unfamiliar with the braking distance of a larger SUV? Regardless, this is a disappointing review. I was upset to find the vehicle had been smoked in upon return and was filled with sand... Past reviews show that I consistently provide vehicles that are clean, fueled, and properly maintained. Thanks.
