BEWARE if you're a first time customer and take caution if you decided to give your money to this host. The initial interaction with the host seemed to go smoothly. However, upon returning the vehicle we were contacted about some damage that was "done" that was already pr-existing. Upon picking up the vehicle we took pictures and videos that included the damage the host was blaming us for. Coincidently the host provided pictures that were angled to his convenience trying to conceal pre existing damage. There have been various emails, documentation and receipts provided and none of that seemed to matter to the host and TURO except the money they're trying to get out of us.
Additionally, the host tried saying that the gas tank was not filled up to their expectation in comparison to how the vehicle was picked up. I want it to be noted that there was a gas station right across from the drop off location and we were still charged an additional fee even with proof provided.

Disagreement with a claim does not make it illegitimate. This negative review is an exception to an otherwise consistently positive history of guest experiences.
