I handed the keys to Juwan and watched him drive away on June 29.
I’m unsure if this review is intended for another host/vehicle.
I got there and it was a woman and not a man. I was cussed out and made fearful of my life.

Pickup is typically contactless, host and guest don’t meet for health and safety.
‘Shana’ refused to upload license photos. At 12:30am, 5 hours late, ‘Shana’ claimed to arrive. My assistant went to verify her license in-person. A person claiming to be her daughter and two others were there. Her ‘daughter’ presented ID representing an age under 25 years old.
To this day, my assistant nor I have ever met Shana. My assistant was more fearful of her life being around those 3 suspicious people.
I accidentally scrapped the front. The seat was kindace low and i was to short to see when I pulled in the drive through at the event I was at sorry plus I ran out of gas money just let me know what I have to do and I’ll replace the gas Tuesday when I get paid

Great ride! Very easy to pick up and drop off. Perfect for our weekend getaway. Host was great too! Very detailed on instructions and responds to messages promptly. Overall great experience!
