Car itself was great. Pickup and dropoff were easy. Host responded quickly.
However, after reading reviews of the strong air freshener, I specifically asked if it could be removed prior to pickup because I am sensitive to fake scents. The host promised there would be no strong air fresheners and even offered to air the Jeep out for me. The windows were slightly open when we arrived but unfortunately, the scent was nauseatingly strong.... a weird outdoorsy, masculine smell. I found the air freshener under the passenger seat on day 2 of our trip. After removing it and running the AC on high, the car smelled moderately better by the end of our 4-day trip, but overall this was a disappointing experience. I would have rented a different car had the host been honest.

Needed to go to a funeral back home and needed the space . Vehicle was clean and tidy . Although in the beginning the scent was very strong and gave me a slight headache . Even grabbed an extra day and had no issues . I would say I didn’t like that it was no gas in the vehicle . It wasn’t on “E” but it wasn’t even half a tank .
For my first time using Turo I had a good experience . Waiting to see how this ends before trying Turo again .

Would’ve preferred the pickup location at the arrival short term parking. Had to walk out to the garage in the rain. Also go easy next time on the air freshener. Way too much for a new car and our clothes smelled like the air freshener every time we got out ! Gave us a headache if we were in the car for more than 5 minutes
