The only issue I had was with the pickup and drop off location. I searched the pickup for RDU and this was a result. I found that RDU is a possible pickup or drop off maybe by request, I’m not sure. But somehow 13miles away this still ended up in the RDU pickup location results, even after deselecting near RDU. I don’t know that, that reflects on the actual host. Maybe the site more than the host but it was a point of frustration for me. As I flew into RDU and am not local to the area which resulted in me having to pay $30 both ways to and from the airport, in addition to the cost for the car. Outside that issue, the host was accommodating and easy to work with. The vehicle was in good condition and they offered an extension. I had no issues with the car at all.
