Delivered the car with zero gas and smelling of smoke. They did come and treat the car for a smoke smell and offered a refund for gas. But too little too late
Thank you for your feedback, Michael. The fuel level was disclosed twice before your trip began, and the prepaid fuel option was available but not selected. As outlined in our messages, the vehicle was provided at its current fuel level. We also worked to address your concerns during the trip and accommodated multiple last-minute return location changes outside of our standard return options as a courtesy. Car was clean, delivery was good excellent. Car has a loud rattle in the rear.
