The car was easy to find with clear instructions. Unfortunately, it smelled like cigarettes and only had a quarter of a tank of gas when we picked it up. The car itself drove well and the interior was clean except for the interior of the windshield.

We do want to clarify that the fuel level was disclosed prior to the trip start in our pickup instructions, which explained that unless the prepaid fuel extra is selected, vehicles may only have enough fuel to reach a nearby gas station and are only required to be returned at the same level received. We appreciate your feedback regarding the odor and windshield as well.

Car was great. Car was on empty when we received it- was a huge hassle.
Natasha, thank you for your feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed the vehicle overall. For a full tank, you'll just select the prepaid refuel option, otherwise we typically provide vehicles at the fuel level they were returned at by the previous guest unless it's near empty. There is always enough fuel to reach a nearby gas station, and we simply ask that it's returned at the same level per Turo policy.
