Had to return the car because it smelled horrifically of marijuana. There was also only 40 miles in the tank when I picked it up. I almost ran out of gas trying to find a gas station
Hi Kelly, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. The vehicle was cleaned and inspected prior to your trip with no odor present, and we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. When notified, we offered an odor treatment, but the trip ended shortly after. Vehicles are provided at the previous guest’s fuel level, and only need to be returned at that same level.
