Easy pick up and drop off. The car had a strong smoke smell but was very clean.

Reserved the car for 8:30am pickup on a Saturday. Host did not communicate that a later pickup time was needed. At 8:49 host reached out to say the car was getting an oil change and would be ready for pickup at 9:35. (I had already been waiting at the pickup location since 8:30) Very inconsiderate which set our start time for the trip back an hour. Additionally, could not find the vehicle which caused additional delay, host was not very helpful. The car smelled like weed, windshield wipers need to be replaced. The car isn’t run through a car wash prior to rental. The car needs maintenance. It makes a rattling noise when driving. I will not use this service again.

Car is AMAZING ON GAS! Awesome doing system and equipped with all the bells and whistles and very stylish. It was right at home in the valet of the Conrad parked next to porches, rolls royces etc. Plenty of cargo space. Host is very communicative with clear directions. Car was available for pick up in a well lit safe location. Will definitely be booking with them again. Didn’t mind the air freshener. Maybe switch it to something a little more soothing… like Vanillas 😊.
