Car ran very smooth and was very clean. The host was easy communicating about parking and other details.

Reserved the car for 8:30am pickup on a Saturday. Host did not communicate that a later pickup time was needed. At 8:49 host reached out to say the car was getting an oil change and would be ready for pickup at 9:35. (I had already been waiting at the pickup location since 8:30) Very inconsiderate which set our start time for the trip back an hour. Additionally, could not find the vehicle which caused additional delay, host was not very helpful. The car smelled like weed, windshield wipers need to be replaced. The car isn’t run through a car wash prior to rental. The car needs maintenance. It makes a rattling noise when driving. I will not use this service again.
