This has been the WORST Experience of car renting!; will never use this app again!! I reserved a car, host cancelled for no reason, gave me a $46 credit to use to rebook another car and when I did that they said I couldn't use it because the rental was $3 cheaper! Then the car I rebooked broke down after having for only 4 hours and had to wait in the 105 degree heat for 20 minutes til someone came, and still couldn't get it to work!! So had to drop wife at home so she could get oxygen, and go to pickup a replacement that was a older model vehicle from what I paid with NOTHING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE!! THEN in top of that they took my $46 credit away for future rental!! NEVER AGAIN!! BEWARE!! I'll stick to enterprise!!
