They are awesome!! Car drove very well. They make sure they answer any concerns or needs!!!

I was not satisfied with the vehicle I received. It was filthy inside and out. When I complained , I was told that the pictures didn't appear to be anything like what I was complaining about. I was told to bring car back to get cleaned but I couldn't because of the family emergency situation I flew in for. I had no time to spare. The vehicle didn't have washer fluid so I had to pull up to a gas station to be able to see out of the front windshield. My mom picked up so she didn't comment on the condition of the car. Also the car had a big dent in the hood which wasn't acknowledged prior to pick up. At drop off I mention the cleanliness and the fella tried to pull up pictures and he concluded by sat sometimes some of these things can be missed. Definitely not Turo standards. Pick up and drop off was fast and pretty convenient. Vehicle was good on gas to be a bigger SUV.
