Flat tire that was unable to be changed the jack was stripped and did not fit the spare the spare was used and we had to buy a tire pump and pumped the tire up 3 or 4 times daily
I certainly apologize for the tire issue. I wish you had mentioned that I offered you a 100% refund, unprompted. If you leave a bad review, it seems only ethical to share the whole story. While I can’t control you driving over a nail, I will check the jack immediately. Again, my apologies. Best wishes…

Great vehicle. Nice and clean. Fit 6 passengers and bags no problem. 4wd and great tires handled the Durango snow perfectly. Would definitely use again!
