Vehicle: has a comfy fit /compact suv
Con’s: There was no a/c . Ran the car for over 20 mins and still nothing. Check the knobs and googled issue. I never remind hosts to maintain the vehicle but something told me to check.

Thank you for your feedback, Anjelica. I’m sorry the AC wasn’t working properly during your trip. Prior to your trip, the vehicle was serviced & the a/c system was recharged. When I checked the vehicle afterwards, the system was cooling properly. Because of the inconsistency that you experienced, I had the vehicle serviced again by a mechanic who determined that the compressor was likely failing intermittently. To resolve the issue with the compressor has been sent replaced.
