The car has lots of damage and I was done with my trip early so I tried to cancel and get a little bit of money back, but they weren’t available and so they declined my cancellation.
Most of the car’s damage is only cosmetic and does not affect usage. All photos were uploaded during both check-in and check-out, so guests are never charged unexpectedly, and I have never charged anyone for damage. Regarding the early return, you requested to check out within an hour and a half. I could not get back home that quickly, but I still tried my best and arranged for a friend to help check out half an hour earlier than planned .Unfortunately, I was still unable to meet your request.
