This has been a great trip. The car drove beautifully and everything was very smooth check-in and check out. We would definitely rent another car from Dylan!!

Car that I pick was not available, mechanical problem. Pickup and delivery not easy. Probably will not use Turo again.

When the vehicle Alan rented began having engine issues pre-trip, we swapped him into a newer Porsche w/ his agreement w/o canceling his reservation. Although Alan’s times on each end of his reservation were off by several hours we were able to provide the vehicle early and adapt to the missteps without charging extra. We found Alan to be almost completely unfamiliar with the App procedures and spoke to him on more than one occasion to assist. It’s probably wise that he stick to what he knows.
