We had a great experience renting with Dylan! The car was very clean and well cared for. Pickup and drop off was easy breezy. He had already uploaded pre trip pictures so we got to skip that step to start our trip! He thought of all the things we forgot, like a phone mount and cigarette lighter adapter for our phone chargers. Great host = great experience!

The Cayenne looked nearly brand new. It was a pleasure to drive in all conditions, including through the 8-10 inches of snow that fell on the last day. Would rent again for sure. The only quibbles to mention are the Turo app is difficult to navigate at first and requests all sorts of photos during the checkout process. Dylan was very responsive to questions and agreed to extend the drop off time by 2 hours as our flight got delayed. All in all, a good experience.

Your unfamiliarity and dissatisfaction with Turo’s processes should not come into play here because it damages host metrics through no fault of the host. Please refrain booking our vehicles in the future if you are unable to separate the two, as this has a measurable impact on the host and this car.
