The procedure for picking up and returning my vehicle is predetermined by Turo and the host airport. As Turo hosts, we are limited to the pickup/drop-off locations set forth by Turo and LAX airport. Your experience is the same as other guests who had zero issues with the process.

We had an excellent experience renting from Luis. He was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions we had. Communication was smooth from start to finish, making the whole rental process easy and stress-free.
The Tesla was in excellent condition and was the perfect car for exploring Los Angeles. It was comfortable, reliable, and a pleasure to drive.

It was a pleasant experience renting from Luis: convenient pick-up and drop-off, the car drove without any issues, and the abundance of charging stations in CA is unparalleled in the states. I actually had a flat tire due to screw puncture on the highway hours before the end of my reservation, but Luis was very patient and understanding throughout our entire communication over this matter. 5-star host, highly recommended.
