5 star host. I rented first time with Turo and Luis’ notes helped me a
Lot. The car was parked exactly as described and supported with photos. There is a bus every 10 minutes to the car parking. Luis granted access to Tesla with my account so I was able to set my own settings. The car had some minor scratches that did not spoil our experience at all. Thanks a lot!

The procedure for picking up and returning my vehicle is predetermined by Turo and the host airport. As Turo hosts, we are limited to the pickup/drop-off locations set forth by Turo and LAX airport. Your experience is the same as other guests who had zero issues with the process.

The Tesla was in excellent condition and was the perfect car for exploring Los Angeles. It was comfortable, reliable, and a pleasure to drive.
