First time using Turo. Pickup was super easy and host is super attentive. Love that the car is parked on the driveway so I dont have to go searching for it on the street.
Car drives AMAZING with zero issues. Its smooth with just the perfect amount of power. AC blows freezing cold which is a must during this time of summer.

Pickup and drop off were super easy with clear directions, and the location was convenient that part was great. However, the car itself had serious issues. Strong smoke smell inside the cabin that didn’t go away even after airing it out for hours. The engine vibrated heavily at idle and in reverse, to the point it was embarrassing to drive with passengers. The brakes squealed loudly throughout the trip. The vehicle did not feel road ready and shouldn’t be listed in this condition. Recommend the host address engine mounts, brakes, and have the interior properly detailed before renting it out again.
