The host was decent. I reserved the car for 10 days to help a sick family member. It had gotten a flat by day 2 and there was no spare. Turo roadside assistance was a nightmare. I was told 90 minutes for assistance, after it passed nearly 2 hours, I called back the same number for them to tell me there was no dispatch order under my name or reference number that was texted to me. After calling a 3rd time, the number from the Turo app transferred me to Turo? And finally after being on hold for 20-25 minutes, I was told the situation was being escalated to find me assistance. I was told a refund would be issued once the tow truck arrived and my reservation would end. But then another Turo rep told me I had to call back to end reservation and request refund. I called and it seemed like a smooth process til I received an email later saying I have to dispute with tires? I call back and another rep says Turo will end my reservation and refund. Now, I'm just waiting to see if it has processed. But now the app is telling me I'm late in returning the vehicle and I must continue checkout process. I'm not sure how to say where the vehicle was returned when Turo contracted Allstate to pick it up.
