Communication was great. However the car reeked of smoke. We rented a non-smoking car and received a car that smelled so strongly my young kids were covering their noses every time we got in and said their eyes were burning.
Hi Jennifer thank you for letting us know we have since fixed he issue but we did mention that was our only car left for that reason we needed to detail it
