Overall, the vehicle was spacious, comfortable and a great fit for our family road trip. It had plenty of room for all of our luggage and enough space for our large dog to travel comfortably, which we really appreciated. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that the registration and insurance documents in the vehicle were expired and I never received a response after reaching out about it more than a few times. We also had to take time out of our vacation to get an oil change, even though Angel accommodated us for the service, but I feel should have been addressed before the vehicle was rented. Other than those minor issues, the experience was smooth and we appreciate the opportunity to use the vehicle.

The truck was an amazing experience for me and my family. We had a total of six passengers, and it was extremely comfortable throughout the entire trip.
On the first day, the front brakes needed to be replaced. However, it was not an issue at all—the host was very responsive, picked up the truck, completed the repair, and returned it in time for us to continue our trip without any inconvenience.
The fuel economy was great, the ride was smooth, and we completed approximately 1,000 miles round trip with no other issues. Overall, it was a fantastic vehicle, and I would definitely rent this truck again for future trips.
