Overall the car was fine, clean, drove okay; but there was a problem with the key fob that the vehicle didn’t recognize the key. It still worked but the car would DING! at us intermittently. It was very annoying for someone trying to enjoy a road trip. There were also multiple maintenance error messages that displayed on the screen that were unnerving. The owner instructed us how you deal with the key issue on our own and he would compensate us but frankly we didn’t want to deal with car repairs while on vacation so we just tried to ignore it. On top of that, we were asked to take the vehicle thru the car wash and vacuum it out before dropping it off. We did this but it was horrible service thinking your customer should do this. Aside from that the owner was good with communication and the vehicle was easy to find and get into.

Thanks for the honest review, Kelly! The fob simply needed a common watch battery, we offered to cover it plus extra compensation, though we understand not wanting to deal with it mid-vacation. The alert was a routine oil change our mechanic confirmed was safe to drive on. The car wash is prepaid on our end and completely optional, only asked if you have a spare minute at the pump. Glad the car itself treated you well, safe travels!
The car was good until the last day but on last day we had a mechanical issue with the steering wheel and our trip got cancelled because of that, if this mechanical issue would happen on highway we could even crash on a high speed. Also the Bluetooth Aux is not working properly, keeps disconnecting every 1-2 minutes.

Everything was fine with the car. Had a bunch of sensor errors but still a great ride. The biggest complaint is dropping the car off at Logan airport. They want you to drop it off in the economy Turo parking lot but there was a line of 10 people waiting for about 10 spots to open up and is an impossible task. For “airport pick up and drop off” it was a bit of a joke. Still a nice car and would rent again.
