I have never had a problem with turo, ever until i encountered this rental. She tried to charge me extra fees for no reason and i had to get it dismissed twice, because i have valid proof. i rent many vehicles with turo, and i promise there are better rentals to go too. Please dont give them your business, go do business with another person that deserves the money and wont try to take advantage of it. Thank you turo for your help! and i pray you never make anyones experience a hustle again.
