Maurice was a responsive host BUT his middle seat belt is chewed up. This was a huge problem for me having three young passengers to carry and one not having a working seatbelt to use. I was inconvenienced and struggled with giving this review. Also after loading catered food trays to the back I noticed the entire back row was embedded with dog hair. It looked like it had been vacuumed because there were no crumbs on the vehicle floor or obvious loose hairs. Needless to say it wasn’t the experience I hoped for and actually added more stress to my very hectic day. My ratings always start at five stars and points get deducted from there.

The vehicle passed its inspection on September 29, 2026, including the seat belts; records sent to Turo. After reading your review, we checked the seat belts again and confirmed they buckle and retract. Neither the seat belt concern nor the pet hair issue was reported during your trip. Had we known, we would have addressed both promptly.
