Great host! Came through last minute - car was clean!

Absolutely loved the car — it was clean, well-maintained, and drove great throughout the trip. I did encounter a flat tire on the first day, but the owner handled it incredibly quickly and was extremely accommodating, communicative, and helpful the entire time. Despite the unexpected issue, the experience was seamless because of how responsive and professional the host was. Would definitely rent again.

The BMW X7 was an amazing inf car. Owner was very effective in communication. Car was felivered and picked up in my driveway. The Service was exceptional and deserves a 5 star. However, the mileage given for the trip was sub par. Had a 400 mi limit with a $1 per mile over charge. Going to Vegas and back was already a 500 mi round trip. I would have gladly paid the dollar per mile to drive around Vegas, but the entire drive distance from IE to vegas and back was more than the standard mileage limit. If this car had 500 mi round trip, i would have given a 5 star recognition without a doubt. I still highly recommend this owner, specifically the X7 for this is the vehicle that I drove.

The vehicle is listed with a 100 miles/day allowance (400 miles for a 4-day trip), and the $1/mile overage is set according to Turo’s standard guidelines. I understand how longer trips like Vegas can exceed that, and I appreciate the feedback and will definitely take it into consideration as I continue improving the experience for future guests:)

Host did a great job with comms and car was ready when she said it would be. Unfortunately the car smelled very bad. I had multiple people comment the car smelled like smoke really bad. Really a bummer as it was a newer X7 that was beautiful
We have a strict no-smoking policy and no one has smoked in the vehicle. The car was recently treated with a leather cleaner and conditioner, which may have left a slight scent. We take this seriously and will be addressing it immediately to ensure it doesn’t happen again, including switching to different products and replacing the cabin air filter. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
