My trip was very nice, the vehicle was very clean and very maintained. This was my first time using this company. Very professional and very understanding.
The knowledge of how to obtain the vehicle, the directions were very simple and easy. I will surely use this company again. Thank you again..

The actual vehicle was fine and I left impressed with the KIA TELLURIDE model.
This vehicle unfortunately had a very strong smoke/marijuana odor when we picked it up, despite being listed as non-smoking. The smell was noticeable to everyone in our group and appeared to be masked with multiple air fresheners, which made the odor even more overwhelming. The vehicle also did not feel as clean as expected. I communicated my concerns, but the host’s response felt defensive rather than helpful. Based on the odor, cleanliness, and communication, I would not rent this vehicle again.

Excellent host! Communication was prompt, friendly, and clear from start to finish. The vehicle was spotless, well maintained, and performed perfectly throughout our trip. Pickup and return instructions were easy to follow, making the entire experience seamless. We really enjoyed driving the car and would absolutely rent from this host again. Highly recommended!
