Car quality was horrible, found out 3 hours into trip that the A/C didn't work. On 2nd day of trip the jeep started over heating and i couldnt go anywhere. Then Turo refunded me a partial payment after i was told that i would get a replacement SUV at no cost to me after they picked up the jeep which took them until the next day (3rd day of trip). I feel like i should have gotten a vehicle at no charge like i was told plus the refund amt. May never do business with turo again

The car drives smooth but it was not like the picture shown it wasn’t clean inside or out then on top of that wasn’t no heat whole trip antifreeze was low I’m assuming.
