Car got us from point A to B.. but was in mediocre condition (Interior had strong odor, steering wheel was sticky, leftover trash in center console). Brakes / rotors made loud grinding sound and need to be replaced.

The vehicle was cleaned and freshened with air freshener before delivery, and pre-trip photos show no trash in the center console.
Regarding the brakes, a licensed mechanic confirmed the caliper failed during the rental, which was no fault of yours. The pads and rotors were fine, and the caliper was replaced immediately. I appreciate your feedback.
Nice car, drove well. Host was very friendly and answered almost immediately with any questions. Smooth transaction. I’d definitely recommend and look forward to renting again!

This was my 1st Turo experience and it was excellent. Abraham was a great communicator and very helpful walking me through the process. The registration was not in the car, but he promptly sent me a photo to appease my concern. The car is a bit older, but ran excellently and was pretty efficient for a mid size SUV. There are a few signs of age but nothing insane. Overall, saved lots of money and had a better experience than enterprise. Thank-you Abraham and Turo.
