Car broke down 10 minutes
after I drove it. Owner came and tried to boost the battery. He took me home and canceled my trip. I was reimbursed for my trip thankfully.

I had a really great experience renting through Turo with this host. The original vehicle I received was clean and drove well overall, but I did run into an issue with what I believe was the start/stop feature.
What stood out the most was how quickly and professionally the host handled everything. They responded immediately, showed up to my location in under 20 minutes, and had me switched into a different vehicle the same day in less than an hour. The replacement car was also clean, well-maintained, and ready to go.
They even went the extra mile to account for the time I lost due to the issue, which I truly appreciated. That level of care and accountability says a lot.
Overall, this host clearly takes pride in providing quality rentals and making sure their customers are taken care of. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone using Turo.
