Easy pickup with clear instructions. The car was very clean and has great gas mileage. It was so nice to be able to rent a car and be able where u can talk to the owner. My mom’s flight was delayed returning home and he let me extend the stay. This was my first rental thru this app and James set the bar high! Thank you for allowing me to rent your car. I will rent it again when my mom returns for a visit.
