Communication with the host was a little difficult. Waited 20 mins to get car unlocked during pick up.
I WOULD THINK TWICE RENTING TO HIM. I’m so sorry to hear that you had to wait 20 min. Don’t understand why. I will contact Turo. T he msg came in at 1221 noon time. I answered at 1228 noon. That’s when I unlocked. We originally sent a text msg because we feel that messaging through the app can be a little delayed. ( that’s feed back of our guest) not sure why the 3 stars :
I sent you a msg at 850 am . We will be delivering the vehicle to resort. You didn’t read it until 436pm.
