I rented this vehicle from September 9th @1:30 pm to September 11th, 2026 @ 1:30 pm.
Then, I was reminded to extend because I forgot the return the vehicle on time.
After I introduce my request to extend the return time, I was not well served by the system and for the same day or the two days of extension, Turo overcharged me beyond the reasonable market price than for the three previous.
Now, I am claiming Turo to evaluate my case and to reimburse me the extra pay it took after a thorough review of my claim.
As for the time spent using the vehicle, I would say I was satisfied running it and I have enjoyed the service to the fullest.
I will give it five stars.
