First time using Turo, and I am very impressed. Great and clear, detailed communication. Actually met Mark, the SUV owner, as he was dropping off another vehicle as I was about to drive away. Friendly. The Mazda SUV I had was a NEW hybrid. Comfortable ride, no problems at all. As it was first time with Turo, I was not fully aware of the suggested checkout procedure. My bad for not reading in advance of my returning the vehicle. I did take a photo of the SUV 's mileage upon return. They recommend you take photos of the full fuel gauge too, as well as interior and exterior photos of the vehicle too, it makes sense. Allow yourself time. I was just a bit rushed when I got to the airport. After this experience,though, I will FOR SURE use TURO again !! Very happy with the trip.
