Grant was a great help. He was detailed in his directions for drop-off and pick-up-great communication. Pick-up and drop-off were simple. The car was in good shape and well-maintained. I would be glad to rent from Grant again.

Thank you, Kendra! All vehicles listed on the Turo platform are personal vehicles. You’ll never pick up a Turo vehicle from a commercial airport lot (e.g. where Hertz, Enterprise, Budget vehicles are located) because Turo is a peer-to-peer rental service. That seems fairly explicit, but I’m glad the trip was good for you overall. Take care!
Started off on a bad note but in the end things worked out

The bad note Julie is referring to here is the fact that she didn’t read the vehicle pick-up instructions before arriving at the Des Moines airport. This was her first trip as a renter on the platform, so I tried to provide all the detailed information necessary, but I’m not sure she was even aware of the messaging function in the app. She ended up taking a shuttle to the traditional rental car lot (not instructed process) and then threatened me with a poor review before even picking up the car.
