I’m sorry I did not provide you with a 5/5 experience. I offered to deliver the vehicle if you took delivery on an earlier date, which you declined. I advised you to avoid EVgo and GM energy, which those were the charging stations that were the most difficult. To accommodate, I allowed you a few extra hours to return the vehicle without a late fee, allowed to return it without recharging at no additional cost, and provided you with a 15% discount on your next rental with me.
Great car to drive! It was my first experience with an electric vehicle and we really loved the car. It drove beautifully and great ride for a long distance trip. John was awesome to deal with and accommodating. He took the time to explain the nuances of the vehicle and checked in during our rental.
