Quality was great and as expected. Host was amazing. Highly communicative, even at very early morning hours after long airline delays. Pick up and drop off were easy. Vehicle was perfect for a combo of some park and some city adventures!

Tire has a leak. Owner was communicative and attempted to repair. However we were in town for a softball tournament and it was a VERY busy few days. We just filled with air daily and got on. Reliable car.

Delivery was late due to a flat tire. Initially this was understandable, but delivery was almost 4 hours later than the updated agreed upon delivery time. There was also a large crack in the windshield and notable body damage (including hail damage and a loosely attached front bumper) which was not readily apparent during reservation. After discussing compensation for the late delivery at the start of the trip, the host instead offered a 4 hour trip extension at the end of the trip (even though delivery was a total of about 20 hours delayed) and the host claimed no recollection of discussing financial compensation.
